(NOTE: If your booking falls within any of the above dates, we kindly request a $100 booking deposit to be paid upon booking to secure. This fee will be taken off the total of your invoice with the balance due on the day of arrival. If you cancel your booking WITHOUT giving 14 days notice, your deposit will not be refunded)
